Noah is Chris Baird's son, whose artistry and precision set the standard the company builds to. Thomas was Tom Mikolas's father, one of the builders behind the Sears Tower and a generation of Chicago's skyscrapers.

Chris, a fourth-generation builder, and Tom, who spent decades raising skyscrapers, came together deliberately. Two builders whose talents fit like joinery, the craftsman's eye and the engineer's discipline, under a single name.

They have built through enough to know what lasts and what only looks the part, and they build as though they remember the difference. Concrete and steel where others frame in wood, elevation where others cut corners, and materials chosen to age with grace rather than photograph well on day one.

They chose Florida's coast deliberately, for its people, its lifestyle, and the way it tests a building, and made Noah Thomas Builders its luxury coastal builder. Every home is drawn and detailed to stand through the storms, hold its beauty for decades, and be worth handing to the next generation.
